Conditions or Reasons:
1) No demolition works shall be take place outside the hours of 08.00 to 18.00 on Mondays to Fridays and 08.00 to 13.00 on Saturdays.

Reason: To ensure that the proposal does not pose an unacceptable impact on the amenity of neighbouring residential occupiers.
(Policy BE8, SBLPR, and Section 12, NPPF)
2) This approval relates only to the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers: 1000, 1001.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
