Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/19/00064/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) Notwithstanding the details submitted with this application, no extensions to the building hereby permitted shall be carried out without the grant of further specific planning permission from the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To control the external appearance of the building in the interests of preserving the openness of the Green Belt.

2) The building shall only be used for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the dwelling, and shall not be used for any other purpose, including light industrial without further planning permission.

Reason: To prevent the introduction of an inappropriate use harmful to the residential character of the area.
(Section 12, NPPF)
3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, number 1335.

Reason: To identify the approved plan and to avoid doubt.
