Conditions or Reasons:
1) The facing materials to be used in the development hereby approved are as follows:

Brick Highcliffe Weathered Buff
Roof tiles Forticrete Gemini (Grey)
Rainwater Goods Marley black plastic square section gutters and downpipes
Window Frames Grey UPVC

Reason: For the avoidance of doubt in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality.
2) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 17743/1014, 17743/1015, 17743/11C, 17743/112B & SCC01 Rev B.

Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
