Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall only be used as an annexe to the dwelling known as 34 Bramble Corner and shall not be occupied as a separate or self-contained dwelling unit.

Reason: To prevent the establishment of a separate residential unit.
(Section 12, NPPF)
2) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers CBC/01; CBC/02; JD/201839.1

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
