Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/19/00309/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The temporary portacabins hereby permitted shall be removed on or before 10/04/2022.

Reason: This is a temporary expedient only. (Policies DM3 and CS11 CSDMP & Sections 6 and 12 NPPF)
3) Notwithstanding the provisions of Class B1 of the Schedule to the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification), the portacabins shall only be used as offices ancillary to the main commerical use of the site.

Reason: To prevent the establishment of an independent office unit on the site.

4) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers RB/186/A1/01B, RB/186/A1/02, RB/186/A1/03, RB/186/A1/04A, RB/186/A1/05, Planning, Design and Access Statement.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
