Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/19/00314/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers IHL1510/13, IHL1510/L01, IHL1510/P10 and IHL1510/P11 Rev A.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
2) The steel elevations upon the converted barn 4 shall be coloured black to echo the appearance of the black cladding that currently exists on the converted detached dwelling that used to be barn 1, barn 2 and barn 3 of the application site. The structure will remain as such here by after.

Reason: To safeguard the appearance of the development by ensuring that the development hereby permitted is finished externally with materials to match the existing building in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality.
