Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/19/00406/NMA
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The first floor dormer windows in the east side elevation serving the bathroom and landing of the development hereby permitted shall be permanently fitted with obscured glass of a type to substantially restrict vision through it at all times and shall be non-opening, unless the parts of the windows which can be opened are more than 1.7m above the floor of the rooms in which the windows are installed. No further windows or other openings shall be formed in the east side elevation.

Reason: To safeguard the privacy of occupiers of adjoining properties
(Section 12, NPPF)
2) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 17GH/SK09C, 17GH/SK10B, 17GH/SK11B, 17GH/SK12C, 17GH/SK14C, 17GH/SK15C, 17GH/SK16C, 17GH/SK17B, 17GH/SK18B, 17GH/SK19B and 17GH/SK20B.

Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
