Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/19/00414/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) All external works hereby permitted shall be carried out as detailed in the approved documents.

Reason: To safeguard the appearance of the completed development by ensuring that the development hereby permitted is finished externally to respect the Listed Building and Conservation Area. (Sections 12 and 16 NPPF)
3) In accordance with clarification provided by the applicant on 8 July 2019 the highest point of any panel shall be no greater than 0.5m above the height of the existing tennis court.

Reason: To ensure an acceptable relationship results between the new development and the adjacent Listed Building and Conservation Area.

4) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers Block Plan 1:500m location Plan with cable run, location plan 1:1250, Impact Assessment, Heritage and Design Statement and photos July 2019.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
