Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/19/00529/PAAD
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposal fails to comply with paragraph Q.1 (i) of Schedule 2, Part 3, Class Q of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended), in that the proposal will comprise building operations which are over and above those "reasonably necessary" for the building to function as a dwellinghouse and will comprise a re-build of the building rather than a conversion.
