Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/19/00547/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The existing hedge screen in front of the fence shall subsequently be maintained for a minimum period of five years from this consent to a minimum height of 1.7m and should any part of it die or be destroyed during this period it shall be replaced during the next planting season.

Reason: To ensure an acceptable landscaping screen. (Sections 12 & 15, NPPF)
2) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 1:1250 site location plan, 1:500 Proposed fence and gate, 1:50 Fence Plan.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
