Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/19/00595/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) Within 4 months of the date of this permission the 7 courses of brickwork shown to be removed from the chimney stack on plan No. MB-TI-9C shall be removed so as to ensure the brickwork on the stack is lowered to accord with that approved plan.

Reason: To protect the appearance of the character of the area, the streetscene and the amenity of neighbouring occupiers.
(Policies BE8 & H8, SBLPR, Policy HQ1, Pre-submission of the Local Plan 2015-2035 and Section 7, NPPF)
2) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers MB-TI-8B, MB-TI-8C and MB-TC-9C.

Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
