1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

2) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans and documents, numbers 422-101/ rev. A, TQRQM19106120800171, 19/0306_08 and CBC-001 (Proposed Time-out Shelter- Outdoor Performance Theatre With Stage & Exercise Stations - Visual Presentation)

Reason: To identify the approved plans and documents and to avoid doubt.
