1) The proposed side extension does not represent a permitted development by virtue of the conflict with criteria A.1 (J(iii)) of Class A, Part 1, Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development)(England) Order 2015 (as amended). The development is therefore required to be considered through submission of a planning application.
