Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/19/00866/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) Notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, and prior to the commencment of works above slab level, details of the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs including doors, windows and rainwater goods for the development hereby approved shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall thereafter be carried out in accordance with the approved details and retained at all times. The doors and windows shall be in timber and rainwater goos shall be in cast iron/aluminium.

Reason: To control the appearance of the building in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality.

3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers numbers L01, L02, L03/A, L04/A and L05/A

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
