Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/19/00929/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers Proposed front elevation,proposed rear elevation, existing front elevation 02, existing rear elevation 01, existing side evation 01, site location plans 8.4.19 and railings elevation, plan 2 dated 16 4 20 and plan dated 21 04 20 elevation details of fencing.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
2) Notwithstanding the details shown on plan dated 20/04/2020 : elevations of railings (to a max height of 1.8m) and planting to the front of them - details of the design, colour and material finishes of the railings and details of planting including planting species shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local planning Authority and only the approved details shall be implemented. The planting shall be kept to a height of no more than 600mm.

Reason: To safeguard the appearance of the development in interest of the visual amenities of the Ridgmont Conservation Area.
