Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, number 101.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
2) The alterations to the garage to include a flat roof as identified on the approved plans, shall be completed within a period of six months from the date of this permission.

Reason: The application has been made retrospectively retaining part of an existing building and to safeguard the character of the Conservation Area and Green Belt.
