Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/19/01055/PAAD
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed conversion would result in an intensification on the existing single track along Wood End which would be insufficient to allow two way passing, and as such would result in danger and inconvenience to the users of the highway, and would therefore be contrary to Policy DM3 of the Core Strategy and Development Management Policies (2009) and Section 9 of the NPPF.
