Conditions or Reasons:
1) This approval relates only to the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers CBC-001, CBC-002, CBC-003, CBC-004, CBC-005, CBC-006, CBC-007, CBC-008, CBC-009, CBC-010 and CBC-011.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
2) The proposal would result in the unacceptable loss of established landscape features particularly (specify) to the detriment of the character and appearance of the area; as such the proposal is contrary to Policies DPS16 and DPS5 of the Adopted Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review 2005.
