Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/19/01356/LB
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works shall begin not later than three years from the date of this consent.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The new door and window frames shall be made of timber and shall be retained thereafter.

Reason: To ensure that the special historical and architectural interest and integrity of the listed building is conserved and maintained in accordance with standard conservation good practice, local policies and the NPPF (Section 16).
3) This consent relates only to the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers D001, D002, D003.A.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
