Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/19/01391/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) Due to the proximity of the site to the neighbouring industrial premises it is considered that unacceptable noise impacts could result to future occupiers of the development to the detriment of the amenity of those occupiers. As such the proposed development would be contrary to Policy DM3 of the Central Bedfordshire CSDMP 2009 and Section 12 of the NPPF.
2) The application contains insufficient information to show that the development can be accommodated in a manner that would not cause increased danger and inconvenience to users of the highway; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy DPS5 of the Adopted Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review 2005.
