Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/19/01722/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) All external works hereby permitted shall be carried out in materials to match as closely as possible in colour, type and texture, those of outlined on plan No. SC-ACAD-2 PLANNING.

Reason: To safeguard the appearance of the completed development by ensuring that the development hereby permitted is finished externally with materials to match the existing building in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality.

3) The building hereby permitted shall not be brought into use until details of the height, appearance and exact siting of the protective fencing on the southeastern boundary of the site has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, and shall be implented and maintain hereby after.

Reason: To ensure that the protective fencing is appropriate in the rural setting.

5) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers CBC-001, 1080.401.05 Rev B and SC-ACAD-2 PLANNING.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
