Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/19/01742/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) Notwithstanding the existing colour of the summer house and handrails on the site details of the colour stain (possibly Cuprinol Maple leaf) to be used for these structures shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority within three months of the date of this permission and only the approved details shall be implemented within six months of the date of this permission. The colour shall be retained at all times unless specific planning permission has been granted.

Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the site within the Green Belt.
3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers L/01/D, L/02/C and L/04/A.
Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
