Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/19/01778/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers CBC 01, CBC 02 and CBC 03.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
3) The tractor shed hereby permitted shall be used for storage of agricultural equipment in association with Thriftwood Farm, Silsoe Road, Flitton only.

Reason: In the interest of safeguarding the rural character of the surrounding area and the amenity of neighbouring residents.
