Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed garage by reason of its excessive size would not constitute good design, harming the significance of the Biggleswade Conservation Area and the setting of listed buildings, contrary to policies CS15, DM3 & DM13 of the adopted Central Bedfordshire Core strategy and Development Management Polices (2009), Section 16 of the National Planning Policy Framework (2019) and the provisions of Section 66 & 72 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
