1) The development hereby permitted shall be completed within a period of three years starting with the prior approval date.

Reason: To comply with M.2. (3) Class M of Part 3 of Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended).
2) This approval relates only to the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers DWL-01 Rev A, DWL-02, Supporting Statement June 2019.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
