Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/19/01953/PAAD
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby granted Prior Approval shall be completed within three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Paragraph Q.2 (3) of Class Q of Part 3 of Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (as amended).
2) No development shall commence until details of visibility splays on both sides of the site entrance on Sundon Road have been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. Such details shall include the retention and management of those splays. Prior to the commencement of development the splays shall have been provided in accordance with the approved details and thereafter shall be retained in accordance with the approved details.

Reason: To provide adequate visibility between the existing highway and the access, and to make the access safe and convenient for the traffic which is likely to use it.

3) This approval relates only to the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers DHA19-21A; DHA19-13; DHA19-02; DHA19-20A; DHA19-12; DHA19-10; DHA19-01; DHA19-23A; DHA19-22A.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
