Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/19/02195/REG3
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The temporary classroom building hereby permitted shall be removed on or before 02/08/2024 and the area shall be subsequently reinstated to its original use within 3 months of its removal unless, before that date, the Local Planning Authority has granted planning permission for its retention. 

Reason: To enable the Local Planning Authority to review the building when the permission expires.

2) All external works hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the details provided in the application.

Reason: To safeguard the appearance of the completed development by ensuring that the development hereby permitted is finished externally with appropriate materials in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality.

3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers: P1 (site location plan), block plan, 1001 (access & site plan), 01 Rev01 (plan layout), 03 Rev01 (elevations).

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
