Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall only be used as an annexe/extension to the dwelling known as 32 Chapel Road and shall not be occupied as a separate or self-contained dwelling unit.

Reason: To prevent the establishment of a separate residential unit. (Section 12, NPPF)
2) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers CBC-001, CBC-002, CBC-003, CBC-004, CBC-005, CBC-006, CBC-007, CBC-008, CBC-009.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
