Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed development does not comply with Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A of the Town and County Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 ("the Order"), as the proposed development is partly sited outside of the curtilage of the host dwellinghouse known as No. 68 Canesworde Road. Therefore, in accordance with Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A of the Order, the application for prior notification is refused, and as such the proposal requires full planning permission.
