Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed development would result in the loss of a parking space and fails to make provision for adequate alternative within the site. As such, the proposal would be likely to lead to an increase in on-street parking, thereby resulting in an unacceptable impact on highway safety. The proposal is therefore contrary to Policy T10 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review, Section 1 of the Central Bedfordshire Design Guide 2014, and Section 9 of the NPPF.
