Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/19/02400/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The development hereby approved shall be constructed in the materials shown on plan labelled Elevations (v6) unless otherwise approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To control the appearance of the building in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality.

3) The promotion of sustainable travel associated with this School development should be implemented in accordance with the approved Travel Plan dated September 2019 (V4).
All measures agreed therein shall be undertaken in accordance with the approved Plan. There shall be an annual review of the Travel Plan (for a period of 5 years from the date of approval of the plan) to monitor progress in meeting the targets for reducing car journeys generated by the proposal and this shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason:
In the interests of highway safety, to reduce congestion and to promote the use of sustainable modes of transport.
4) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers Block Plan (v6.1), Eleavtions (v6), Floor Plan (v6) Location Plan (v6) and Roof Plan (v6).

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
