Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/19/02503/NMA
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The external walls and roofs of the development hereby permitted shall be externally finished in the materials described and illustrated on Drawing Reference: 20-006 Revision 7, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To control the appearance of the building in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality, in accordance with Policies DM3 and DM11 of the Core Strategy and Development Management Policies (2009) and the Principles outlined within the Cranfield University Masterplan.
2) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers: 70-001 Revision 1; 70-003 Revision 1; 11-001 Revision 1; 11-002 Revision 1; 11-003 Revision 1; 20-001 Revision 12; 20-002 Revision 11; 20-003 Revision 11; 20-004 Revision 7; and 20-006 Revision 7.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
