Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/19/02657/VOC
Conditions or Reasons:
1) All external works hereby permitted shall be carried out in materials to match as closely as possible in colour, type and texture, those of the existing building.

Reason: To safeguard the appearance of the completed development by ensuring that the development hereby permitted is finished externally with materials to match the existing building in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality.

2) The new first floor window in the north elevation of the existing property shall be permanently fitted with obscured glass of a type to substantially restrict vision through it at all times and shall be non-opening, unless the parts of the window(s) which can be opened are more than 1.7m above the floor of the room(s) in which the window(s) is installed. No further windows or other openings shall be formed in the flank elevations.

Reason: To safeguard the privacy of occupiers of adjoining properties

3) The development shall not be occupied or brought into use until the extended parking scheme shown on Drawing No.JE01 (P01) has been completed. The scheme shall thereafter be retained for this purpose.

Reason: To ensure provision for car parking clear of the highway.

4) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers JE1 (P01), JE1 (P03) and as subsequently varied by Q6 of the application form submitted and hereby approved in this variation application.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
