Conditions or Reasons:
1) Insufficient information has been submitted with the application to enable a proper assessment of the likelihood of the presence of contaminants on the site. The application therefore fails the test at paragraph Q.2(1)(c) of Part 3, Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015.
2) Insufficient information has been submitted with the application to enable a proper assessment of the likelihood of noise pollution arising from the telecommunication units located within close proximity to the barn. The application therefore fails the test at paragraph Q.2(1)(b) of Part 3, Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015.
