Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/19/02860/LB
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works shall begin not later than three years from the date of this consent.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) Notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, and prior to commencement of the constructional phase of the development hereby approved, a full external materials and finishes schedule, including colours expressed as RAL nos. or demonstrated by colour swatches, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and the approved development shall be undertaken thereafter strictly in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To ensure that the development hereby approved is undertaken with due regard to, and in safeguarding of, the character of this listed building and its rear garden setting (Section 16, NPPF)
3) This consent relates only to the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 8753-01, 8753-02, 8753-03, 8753-04, 8753-05, 8753-06, 8753-07 and 8753-08.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
