Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/19/02999/NMA
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposal would constitute a material change to planning permission ref: CB/18/021623/FULL and would also conflict with Condition 2 of this permission which states:

Notwithstanding the provisions of Part 1, Class B & Class C of Schedule 2 to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification), no extensions or alteration to the building hereby permitted shall be carried out without the grant of further specific planning permission from the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To control the external appearance of the building/s in the interests of the amenities of the area.


The application is hereby refused. Full planning permission is therefore required.
