Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plan number KN1G/ 10P sk/19/A dated 8 November 2019.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
2) The development hereby permitted shall only be used as a store/garage for the storage of machinery to manage the land owned by the applicant edge in red and blue ancillary to the dwelling house known as 45 Water Lane, Flitwick and not for any other purposes unless planning permission has been granted by the Local Planning Authority for any other use.

Reason: To define the permission herby granted in the interest of the character and appearance of the area and to safeguard the amenities of occupiers of neighbouring properties.
