Conditions or Reasons:
1) Insufficient information has been submitted in the form of the Odour Impact Assessment to enable an accurate assessment of the development proposal in terms of the potential odour impacts from the adjacent hot food takeaways on the living conditions of future occupants of the proposed dwellings. The proposal is contrary to Policy DM3 of the Core Strategy and Development Management Policies (2009), Adopted Design Guidance March 2014, and the provisions of the National Planning Policy Framework 2019.
