Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/19/03546/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers CBC-001, RBA BP2 Rev 1, RBA BP1 Rev 1.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
2) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
3) The netball courts shall only be used between the hours of 8 am to 9 pm Mondays to Thursdays, Fridays 8 am to 8 pm, Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays 8 am to 5pm.

Reason: To safeguard the residential amenity which the occupiers of neighbouring properties might reasonably expect to enjoy.

4) The proposed means of illumination shall be shielded so that no glare or dazzle occurs to drivers of vehicles using the public highway.

Reason: In the interest of road safety.
