Conditions or Reasons:
1) By virtue of the principle elevation considered to be the eastern elevation of the dwelling which fronts the road known as Kingsway; the proposed development would constitute a two storey side and single storey side and rear extension, as such it would not consititute permitted development as the proposal would not comply with Paragraph J (i), (ii), (iii), Class A of Part 1, of Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended)
