Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/19/03709/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The temporary building shall only be used as an addition to the restaurant known as Nonna's at The Bakery, The Square, Aspley Heath, MK17 8SY and shall be retained on the site for a limited period of 3 months commencing from the date of this decision notice, at the end of which period it shall be completely removed from the site within a period of 1 month.

Reason: This is a temporary building and its replacement with a more long term solution should be encouraged.
2) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers RGL-06-621-03, RGL-06-621-04 and CBC001

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
