1) The proposal would not constitute permitted development, as the proposed outbuilding would not remain incidental to the host dwelling, would have an eaves height of more than 2.5m and would have an overall height of more than 4 metres. As such the proposal would not conform with the relevant paragraphs of Class E, of Part 1, Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended)
