Conditions or Reasons:
1) The site lies within the South Bedfordshire Green Belt, where permission will not be granted except in very special circumstances for development for purposes other than the specified purposes listed in paragraphs 145 and 146 of the National Planning Policy Framework. The proposed extensions to the property would result in extensions disproportionate to the original dwelling.As a result the proposal would have a significant detrimental impact on the openness of the Green Belt. No very special circumstances have been established in this case and thus the proposal is in conflict with Section 13 of the NPPF and the Central Bedfordshire Design Guide 2014.
