Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/19/04191/LDCP
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposal would not constitute permitted development, as the proposed development would adjoin an existing two storey rear extension. Therefore the development as a whole, when considering the dormer in addition to the extension, would result in an enlargement to the original dwellinghouse which would exceed 4 metres in height and have more than a single storey. As such the proposal would not conform with the relevant paragraphs of Class A, of Part 1, Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended).
