Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/20/00042/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) Within 3 months of the date of this permission, in accordance with drawing number 1870/11, the height of the boundary wall shall be lowered to a height of 2 metres adjacent to the farm track and 1.2 metres adjacent to Rectory Road and shall remain so in perpetuity.
 
Reason: To safeguard the openness of the countryside and for the avoidance of doubt.
2) Within one month of the granting of this planning permission, a landscaping scheme to include soft landscaping in front of the brick wall to the northwest of the site and a scheme for landscape maintenance for a period of five years following the implementation of the landscaping scheme is to have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The approved scheme shall be implemented by the end of April 2020. The landscaping shall subsequently be maintained in accordance with the approved landscape maintenance scheme and any which die or are destroyed during this period shall be replaced during the next planting season.
 
Reason: To ensure an acceptable standard of landscaping.

3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 1870/12, 1870/11.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
