Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/20/00087/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The hairdressing salon use hereby approved shall only be used between the hours of:

9 am to 5.30 pm Mondays to Fridays, 9 am to 1 pm on Saturdays, and not at all on Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Reason: To safeguard the residential amenity which the occupiers of neighbouring properties might reasonably expect to enjoy.

3) This permission is for the sole benefit of the occupier of no. 31 Kings Grove, Cranfield and shall not extend to any other person.

Reason: To ensure the retention of planning control by the Local Planning Authority on the operation of the business with respect to limiting the impact on adjoining residents to an acceptable level.
4) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 19-001-EX01; 19-001-P01/ rev A; 19-001-SLP01/ rev B

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
