Conditions or Reasons:
1) The outline planning permission (CB/15/02030/OUT) was granted on 25 September 2015 and as per condition 1 the reserved matters application must be made within three years from the date of the permission. The 'expiry date' of 25 September 2018 has now lapsed. Any application for approval of reserved matters which is made after the date by which the conditions require it to be made is to be treated as not made in accordance with the terms of the permission as per section 93(4)(b) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended).
