Conditions or Reasons:
6) Development shall not begin until details of the improvements to the junction between the proposed estate road and the highway have been approved by the Local Planning Authority and no building shall be occupied until that junction has been constructed in accordance with the approved details.

Reason: In order to minimise danger, obstruction and inconvenience to users of the highway and of the proposed estate road.

14) Development shall not begin until details of refuse storage area and collection point have been approved by the Local Planning Authority and no building shall be occupied until the said storage and collection points have been constructed in accordance with the approved details.

Reason: To ensure the refuse collection bins do not cause a hazard or obstruction to the highway or parking area.
