Conditions or Reasons:
1) The blackout screens attached to approved lighting columns ref: LC5 and LC14 (as on approved drawing ref: A17-054-PL102 rev A) shall be permanently retained.

Reason

To ensure that the proposal does not result in a harmful impact on the residential amenities of adjoining occupiers.
2) Within three months of the date of decision a blackout screen to the rear pane of steet light ref: LC11, as shown on approved plan A17 054 PL102 ref A, shall be fitted and shall be permanently retained thereafter.

Reason

To protect the residential amenities of adjoining occupiers.
3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers A17-054-PL102 rev A; A17-054-SLP001

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
