Conditions or Reasons:
1) 1. The proposed development, if permitted, would lead to the increase in use of a substandard access at which driver intervisibility is restricted to a level below that required to permit safe and convenient manoeuvre and would therefore lead to the danger and inconvenience of other users of the highway. The proposal would therefore be contrary to policy T4 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan and T1 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review Deposit (and Proposed Pre-Inquiry Changes).
